Hats off to the Sacramento Alzheimer's Association for another successful Sacramento Memory Walk! With the threat of rain, over 800 walkers, young and old - even a few pooches, were happily walking in the Saturday morning sunshine around the California State Capitol and through Midtown Sacramento. The route was easy to follow with Volunteers enthusiastically cheering everyone on. It was truly wonderful to see so many people come out for this walk!
To date, the Sacramento Memory Walk has raised over $118,369.00. And the checks are still rolling in... It's not to late to donate to the Sacramento Memory Walk. If you'd like to be a part of "taking steps to end Alzheimer's" you can send your donations to the Sacramento Alzheimer's Association office:
